Prenatal yoga is here to help you prepare mentally & physically for labor & motherhood.  By learning breathing & meditative techniques along with safe yoga positions,  you will have the tools to ease lower back pain during pregnancy & relieve the stress & fear during labor.

DOG YOGA

Discover a bonding & training experience like no other. By massaging your pet, practicing simple yoga pose variations, and meditating with them, you and your pet will both benefit physically & mentally.

COUPLES
